Holy shit dude! I know I said last season how much I hated season previews, but this coming season looks very awesome. I’m glad this year is going so much better than last year! The current season has been full of great shows, but none that really had that special something that would make it one of my favorites. However, the summer season contains a metric fuckton of potential favorites for me. Let’s dive in!
Spice and Wolf 2: Spice and Wolf was fucking awesome, but the animation sucked. This is Spice and Wolf done by Brains Base, who are fucking awesome animators, and as a sequel it probably has a decent budget! FUCK YES!
Cobra Rokunin no Yushi: FUCK YES ITS COBRA HOLY SHIT EPIC WIN! AND it’s Cobra by fucking Madhouse! YEEEEEESSSSSSS~~~~~~~~!!!!!!!
Aoi Hana: NEW YURI! YAY! Aoi Hana is an excellent manga from the same author as the equally excellent Hourou Musuko. This will be a great show, even if it doesn’t get any budget.But hey, J. C. Staff, they can only do so much wrong!
Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei: FUCK YEAH MORE ZETSUBOU SENSEI! I was definitely hoping for more of this most excellent series!
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0: It’s a show about fucking earthquakes and shit, the animation looks ZOMG and it’s fucking Bones who have practically never failed me.
CANNAN: Is dat sum Type-Moon?! Their adaptions are a mized bag, but who knows, could be awesome!
Umineko no Naku Koro ni: FUCK YEAH MORE NAKU KORO NI! Fucking love this series!
Taishou Yakyuu Musume: The character designs are cute, the plot sounds interesting, and it’s set in 1925! Potential for awesome!
Bakemonogatari: FUCK YEAH SHAFT! Holy shit, two ShaftxShinbo shows in one season?! DANGEROUS! And dude, this one is based on a fucking light novel series by NISIOISIN the only motherfucker who’s stories are as fucking crazy as Shinbo’s style, so the combo is a MATCH FORGED IN HELL!
Kanamemo: That’s the most moe design ever! Also, it’s a GANBARE tale full of moe win and awesome! This sounds like it could be as fun and uplifting as Manabi! MASSUGU GO!!!!!!!
GA: Oh snap, it’s based on a manga from the author of Shoulder-a-Koffin Kuro, one of my favorite manga! And I happened to buy GA volume one today without realizing either the fac that it was the same author nor the fact that it was getting adapted! AWESOME! Moar art club slice-of-life shows are A Okay with me!
So yeah, this is obviously going to be the best fucking season ever. At least 3 or 4 shows with potential to be favorites of mine. I’m fucking cumming all over myself already!

I’m fucking pumped for Zetsubou Sensei.
You forgot to put Hellsing on your list. I hear the series will pick up this July. Now all I have to do is ask myself if I’m gonna continue watching it subbed since I started off watching it dubbed.
