[nsfw] Seikon no Qwaser was some of the most fun I’ve ever had watching anime. The only group who was subbing the uncensored version of the show (it’d be utterly meaningless to watch Qwaser censored) was SubDesu, who used shittily-encoded 360p videos and had blatantly not-proofread subs which skipped lines and almost never used proper grammar. Even so, the shittiness of the video kinda added to the wonderfully trashy experience of the series, which is what made it so great to begin with.
Qwaser is kind of like a modern grindhouse film—it’s not that the show is awesomely bad, but that it’s purposefully awesomely bad, and that self-awareness is what allows it to simultaneously be just plain awesome. Qwaser gave me a number of truly spectacular moments, and I may highlight more than one in these 12 days, but the most memorable of all comes from the forth episode.
Seikon no Qwaser Episode 4 – Pussy-Licking
This was the definitive OMG moment where I realized that Qwaser was going to be one hell of a great ride. It began at the end of episode 3 when sadistic goth-loli Kate tricks the hapless Hana into revealing that she’s a masochistic lesbian lolicon, and commands that she become her slave.
To basically “seal the deal,” Kate lifts up her skirt and a implies, along with a shroud of darkness, that she isn’t wearing anything underneath. She tells Hana that she’ll let her “kiss a much better place” if she agrees to their deal.
And so, well…
Exactly what you think it is.
Yeah.
This may not be the only moment from Qwaser, but it’s probably my favorite. Come back tomorrow to watch me unwrap my next gift!

My Sword Is Unbelievably Dull 
That scene was classic.
Hell yes it was. On the DVD version of the show, they add Katja’s hips being moved by Hana’s movements, in case people didn’t get what was going on. Despite other unbelivably crazy moments in the show, that was one of my favorite ones, for the sheer audacity of it all.

Also Passionate Squall is awesome.
The comedy bits in the middle that had absolutely no relevance to the story were my favorite parts. Toyosaki Aki’s talking tits. The pink haired one voiced by Kawasumi Ayako when she became a super hero and the pettanko character voiced by Hanazawa Kana and her “issues”.
The onsen episode will be sung of in legends.
I am somewhat disturbed. But having watched certain other things in my lifetime, I am not as disturbed as I could be.
Oh wow… I knew this anime was sexual, but didn’t realize it pushed this far. I have a pretty poor view on this series, but knowing such a yurilicious scene exists redeems it somewhat.
This show is packed with lesbians. Most of the cast is lesbians. There’s tons of girl-on-girl action. It’s also one of the best anime of 2010.
