This is a prequel to my upcoming “12 Anime Moments, 12 Days of Kurisumasu” posts. Today, like ghostlightning did, I’ll be looking at my favorite moments from the shows I watched out of my anime backlog.
This year, I spent a lot more time watching anime that actually aired this year than I ever have before. It was mostly a reaction to not having watched anything last year. However, that’s not to say that I ignored my backlog—this was the year of Finish or Fail, after all. Despairing over the overly crowded nature of my “On Hold” list, I sought to complete as many of the shows on there as I could, and I didn’t do terribly. Here are some of my favorite moments from series I finished.
